Your whole pipeline rents a feed

Instagram built your brand. It also owns it. Reach is rented from an algorithm that reprices overnight, and followers aren't bookings. Meanwhile "botox near me" gets typed in your zip code every day — and lands on whoever built pages for it. Post to the feed. Own the search.

Chains and coupons own your treatments

Search "coolsculpting cost" and count the chains, marketplaces, and deal sites before an independent practice appears. The Groupon route makes it worse: discount a medical service and you train the market to shop price. Deal buyers churn; full-price clients wonder why the number moved.
