This Privacy Policy explains how ConfidentConnect LLC ("ConfidentConnect," "we," "us") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use our website, submit a form, book a call, or participate in our training programs (the "Services").
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Contact and inquiry information: name, phone number, email, ZIP code/state, and details about the products or services you're interested in — when you submit a form, request a quote, or book a call.
- Business account information: if you register as a client — business name, contact details, targeting preferences, and account settings.
- Payment information: processed by third-party payment processors (currently Stripe). We do not store full card numbers.
- Communications: messages, call recordings where permitted by law and disclosed, and scheduling details when you book with us.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via cookies and similar technologies;
- Analytics and advertising data via Google Analytics, Google Ads (including remarketing and conversion measurement, which may show you our ads on other sites and apps after you visit ours), and the Meta pixel / Conversions API, which help us measure our site and our advertising.
- These tools are loaded through Cloudflare Zaraz, a tag manager that runs them from our content delivery network rather than in your browser, and that manages which of them run. Zaraz does not itself collect personal information for its own purposes.
Information from other sources
- Data from service providers that help us verify, enrich, or deliver information.
2. How We Use Information
- To provide the Services — including running engagements and operating the Academy;
- To respond to inquiries and schedule calls you request;
- To send marketing communications consistent with your consent (see our TCPA & Compliance page);
- To process payments, prevent fraud, and maintain security;
- To measure and improve our site, content, and advertising;
- To comply with law and enforce our Terms.
3. How We Share Information
We share information with:
- Service providers that support the Services — hosting and content delivery (Cloudflare, which also runs our tag manager), payment processing (Stripe), scheduling and CRM tools, communications platforms, analytics and advertising partners — under obligations to protect the data;
- Professional advisors and authorities where required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a business transaction such as a merger or sale of assets.
4. Your Choices and Rights
Stop calls, texts, and emails
Reply STOP to any text, use the unsubscribe link in any email, or tell any caller to place you on their do-not-call list. Details are on our TCPA & Compliance page.
State privacy rights
Depending on your state (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Utah, and Virginia), you may have rights to: know/access the personal information we hold about you; correct it; delete it; opt out of targeted advertising; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. To exercise any of these rights, contact [email protected]. We will verify your request and respond within the time required by your state's law. You may use an authorized agent where the law permits.
Cookies and analytics
You can control cookies through your browser settings, and opt out of certain analytics and advertising cookies via the tools' own opt-outs. Blocking some cookies may affect site functionality.
The specific opt-outs for the tools we use: Google Analytics offers a browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout; Google advertising and remarketing can be turned off in your Google account's ad settings; and Meta advertising can be adjusted in your Facebook or Instagram ad preferences. You can also email us and we will action the request ourselves.
5. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes above — including maintaining consent records and transaction records for legal compliance — and then delete or de-identify it. Retention periods vary by data type and legal requirement.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children
The Services are not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
8. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
There is no agreed standard for the older browser "Do Not Track" header, and our site does not respond to it. We do honor Global Privacy Control (GPC). Where your state's law treats a GPC signal as a request to opt out of targeted advertising or the sale or sharing of personal information — as New Jersey's law does — we treat it that way, and you do not need to contact us separately for that browser.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date reflects the current version; material changes will be posted here.
